I offer consultations on ACT, RFT, and the ACT Matrix for helping professionals. These can be done in person or over Zoom. Sometimes a single consultation is enough to jump-start your work. Other times people schedule as needed. My standard rate for consultations is $75 per hour, and $50/hour/person for groups of 2+

1. Understanding a specific concept or grasping RFT. Do you struggle to understand certain ACT or RFT concepts? I’ve helped many consultees deepen their understanding by offering multiple perspectives and examples.
2. Conceptualizing Cases through the matrix, hexaflex, six-core yearnings, and more. Conceptualizing cases can be tough! I can help you think about your clients through multiple lenses so that you can tailor your interventions in a way that works for both of you.
3. Help putting together presentations and workshops, or feedback on original exercises. Want to run by something you’re working on? I’ve helped many people work out structure, outlines, and content for presentations.
